The topography of this
area of northeastern eastern
Pennsylvania has created a land of beautiful waterfalls - and most are very
conveniently accessed from I-80.
From I-80 in East
Stroudsburg, take exit 309 and follow US-209 northbound about 24 miles to
Dingmans Ferry. From here you have access to five
noteworthy waterfalls. Directions to each individual waterfall will be
found in the write-ups referenced below:
While you are in the
area, Bushkill is just 12 miles south of Dingmans Ferry. There are four more
noteworthy waterfalls in the Bushkill area.

If you are
westbound on I-80 and wish to take the detour to view these waterfalls,
take exit 25 and follow US-206 to NJ-560 at Tuttles Corner. Turn left and
follow NJ-560 westbound, cross the Delaware River Bridge, and turn left on
US-209. After you view the waterfalls, return to US-209, turn right, and
follow 209 back to I-80 at exit 309 at East Stroudsburg.
If you were
eastbound on I-80 and it is your plan to continue eastbound on I-80, you
can return to I-80 from Dingmans Ferry by crossing the Delaware River via
the bridge just north of town. Follow NJ-560 to US-206. Turn right on 206
and follow it eastbound back to I-80 at exit 25.
